Rates:

• Average $140 per session.

• Payment is accepted by cash, check, Apple Pay, and all major credit cards.

• Sliding scale rates are available on a limited basis.

  Insurance:

  Path for Change Counseling, LLC will try to work with you to expedite access to services.  Some insurance carriers may authorize services as an “out-of-network provider” or “single-case agreement.”  It’s recommended that you contact your insurance carrier to verify eligibility for services, using the Path for Change Counseling, LLC’s tax ID# 81-4347125.
